Summer fun

We had a lot of fun yesterday outside enjoying the beautiful day!

Then it was Daddy's turn to water me!

Brother tried to chase people around with the garden hose, but he ended up getting himself more wet then anything!

There is a picture of me riding my new Barbie car that one of the guys that coaches with Daddy gave me for free! His little girl outgrew it and thought I needed it! I really like driving it and Mommy is happy that it doesn't go very fast and that it only works on the basketball court and not on the grass (keeps me from driving away!) :-)

Window view

This morning I looked out the window and saw this cute little yellow finch right outside my bedroom window. It stayed there long enough for me to get my camera, for me to change my camera lens, and for me to take the bedroom window screen off so it didn't blur the picture. Too bad the flower it was picking at was dead, it would have made for a better picture if wasn't! Still turned out pretty good, considering how dirty my windows are! :-)

Colts

We finally made it home to see all the new born colts. So far there are nine of them and they are SO cute! They were just moved out to the pasture this week and it looks like they are enjoying all their new space.

Best buds

I was making supper when I figured I better check on my munchkins (because it was TOO quiet. . . quiet in my house is never a good thing!) I came into the living room and found these two sitting side by side watching cartoons.


Thought it was pretty cute how close they were sitting together! Especially since earlier that day, they were in trouble for fighting! :-) They were into their show, they didn't even look up when I took their picture!

From the back they look like they are about the same size! :-)

Grumpy Gills

This little boy has gotten a lot of nicknames this week (Grizzly Bear, Grumpy Gills, etc.) He is working on those bottom two teeth and boy oh boy has he been grumpy! You can't tell it by the looks of this picture, but he has been a really challenge!

I was tucking him in for his nap today and he was in such a good mood; giving kisses, playing peek a boo, singing, . . . I decided I better not pass up this opportunity, I hurried up and got my camera! To my surprise when I got back to his room, he was still in his good mood and let me snap a few pictures. Pray for us that those two last teeth come soon and we can have our happy boy back for good! ;-)

Small Notes Music Camp

Our little camper just got done with her first ever camp this week! She had tons of fun at Small Notes Music Camp with Teacher Vickie! She was pretty shy the first couple days, but it got better as the week went on!

Here she is on her last day of camp with her certificate and kazoo. She also gets to march in the Kiddie Parade this year at Summerfest with all the other campers! Yippee!

Big Boy Bed

Still alive!

Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. We haven't fallen off the face of the Earth. . . however we have moved! :-) We have officially been in our new house for one week! . . . SO come visit us!

We have done a lot of packing, unpacking, painting, staining, decorating, lifting heavy, and etc in the last 7 days! We are exhausted, but are so thrilled to finally be in our new house! We actually closed on our new house on our 8th anniversary! Wow time flies, can you believe it has been 8 years?!?!

Another big milestone is that our little baby graduated to his big boy bed on Sunday. He did pretty well considering. I have pictures that I will post later once I get my computer hooked up! (I am using my husband's school computer right now!)
