Thanks Uncle Eric!

Uncle Eric doesn't care if I am a girl . . . He says I'm going to be a hunter when I grow up. When I was born he gave me a camouflage dress and this weekend he surprised me with a stuffed pheasant that even cackles like a real one. It is my new favorite toy! Mommy tried telling Uncle Eric that I was going to be her little shopping buddy when Daddy and him go out hunting, but I think that went in one ear and out the other!

Thanks Uncle Eric! Love you!

Mommy's New Camera

When I was born, Daddy bought a mother's ring with my birthstone on it for mommy. For the birth of my new baby sister or brother, my daddy decided my mommy needed a new camera! Here are some pictures mommy has already taken with her new camera!

Here is me falling asleep on the couch after a long day of daycare!

Here I am wearing mommy's shoes around the house, while I talk on my phone with Daddy!

Here is a picture of me eating pudding. I heard mommy say that she was thankful paper towels were invented. . . whatever that means!

Thanks Daddy for the new camera!
Love you!

18 Months Old

Yes, can you believe it? I'm one and a half! Yippee! Mommy and Daddy took me to Fargo today to get my pictures taken. I did such a good job at my photo shoot (unlike last time. . . however I still didn't show off my pearly whites!) that they took me to McDonalds for a happy meal. I wasn't so much into eating, however I did manage to spill my whole carton of milk all over myself. Mommy was just happy that I spilled after my pictures and not before!

Here are a couple of the best shots I got today! Enjoy!

Potty Training

Daddy stayed home with me today since I've been running a temp for the last couple days. Well, today with daddy's help I actually made it to the potty to go potty! All weekend I have been practicing with my teddy. Teddy sits on the potty and then when teddy is done going, I give him a high five and clap for him! Today teddy gives me a high five instead. I know I still have lots of practicing to do, but hey you have to start somewhere right? Daddy is really excited for me to be trained, because the thought of two babies in diapers doesn't sound too good to him!

P.S. I hope daddy realizes that this was a probably a fluke and I won't be fully trained for quite some time, but for now . . . I'm not going to burst his bubble! :-)

Funny Story About Mommy!

One of Mommy's students went home and asked his mom if she has seen Mrs. Holland's baby. When his mom asked him which baby, the one at home or the one in Mrs. Holland's tummy. . . he replied with eyes wide open, "The one in her tummy, it is getting bigger everyday!"

Miss Attitude

Yes, everyone who looks at me, says "Oh what a sweet little girl!" But, if you only saw the side of me that my mommy saw this morning when she was trying to get my picture, you wouldn't say I was sweet. . . you would say I was full of spit and vinegar! All, I was trying to tell my mommy was that, "No way are you going to get a picture of me without my blankie!" What was so hard to understand about that???
