Halloween Fun

We were busy playing in the living room when there was a knock on the door! We were pretty surprised to see a witch at door! Turns out Grandma has a dark side! We didn't really know what to think of her right away, but warmed up to her once she took off her wig and hat! That Grandma is pretty silly!

I had fun trying on Grandma's hair!

Here we are before we went out Trick or Treating!

Our cousins stopped over too. Don't they make a cute kitty and puppy!

One quick pose with Grandma. Brother was too busy running around to get in the picture!

Our first stop Trick or Treating was at Dawnie's house!

We made a couple more stops before we got cold, then we stopped at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Yup, Grandma was still wearing her costume. We think she kind of likes this dressing up thing! ;-)

Then it was back home to pass out candy!

Or should we say EAT candy?!?!?!

Happy Halloween everyone!!!

Wagon Rides

Daddy rigged up the wagon to be pulled behind the lawnmower. We enjoyed hours of fun going around and around the yard today!

Pumpkin Carving

Tonight we were finally able to carve into our pumpkins we got a couple weeks ago at the pumpkin patch! We had lots of help, which is a good thing because I didn't like touching all those slimy seeds!
Brother didn't mind though!

Neither did my cousin!

Here we are with our Jack-O-lanterns!
Brother lost interest in carving pumpkins and thought it was more fun holding our newest cousin! He sure likes him!
Only a couple more days until we get to go trick or treating! Can't wait!!!!

Little E's Stats

We had Little E's 2 year check up last Friday and when I got home, I realized that the nurse forgot to write down all his stats. . . which to "normal" people, this probably wouldn't have been a big deal. . .but for someone who needs to make sure everything is written down in three and some times four different spots, I needed to have those STATS!

Well, after a full day of phone tag with his nurse, we found out that he hasn't gained any weight since his last appointment two months ago, but has gained a full two whole pounds since March. He weighed in on Friday at 24 lbs ~ 10 percentile. He was 34.5 inches tall ~ 50 percentile, and his head was 48 cm ~ 35 percentile.

OK, now all is good in the world again! I got all the information I need to make my upcoming scrapbooking retreat weekend a success! :-) . . . now if I could only get my pictures organized!!!!

New Cousin!!!

We all packed into the car to head to the hospital, because our new baby cousin, Gradin Everett was born today! We were all very excited, especially his big sister! :-)

Here Big Sister is seeing her new baby brother for the first time!

Yup, she likes him!

Checking him out some more!

Proud Daddy!

Then it was Mommy's turn to hold him and boy oh boy, is he a honey! We already love him SO much! Little E gave him the most attention out of anyone. He really thought he was something. He kept pulling off his hat to see all that hair! We sure are excited to have a new cousin to play with!

Those laps are getting pretty full Grandpa and Grandma!

The first family picture!

He is a big boy weighing in at 8 lbs 10 oz and 20 1/2 inches long.
Happy Birthday Sweet Baby Boy! We love you! XOXO

Time flies!

We just can't believe how fast time flies. Our baby boy, isn't a baby anymore! . . . (However, he will always be my baby!) ;-) He has truly been a blessing to our life. We love him more then words can describe!
I had to take a trip down memory lane this morning while the kids are still sleeping and looked through some old pictures. Here are a "few" of my favorites:

We love you E.H.H.! Hope your 2nd birthday is GREAT! XOXO
