Winter day project

Miss E wanted something to do while Daddy and Little E went hunting so I dug out a canvas. She decided to make a penguin that matched the ones on her new jammies.  She spend so much time on it and gave it so much detail that it turned out better then I ever imaged!  She did the whole thing from the drawing to the painting all by herself with just little help on a couple of the edges.  I was so proud of her!

Out Hunting

So glad Daddy has finally figured out what makes me happy. . . pictures of my sweeties.  They spent the whole day hunting and my phone kept dinging with pictures of this mighty hunter.  :-)  Thanks Daddy for making so many memories for this little one. . . and mommy too!

The Elf is BACK!

Our friend the Elf came back again this year with another new pair of Christmas Pjs.  Hopefully we will be good each day so he can report back to Santa.

A couple minutes after getting to Grandma and Grandpa's house L asked me to pull out her tooth.  I got it right away.  Check out these two cute toothless wonders!

Thanksgiving 2014

 SO much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving!!!!  Love our family near and far; those that we were able to spend the weekend with and those we spent it with in our hearts!  What a GREAT weekend!

Pies

Miss E took over the pie duty this year for Thanksgiving.  She made the whole thing by herself.  The only thing I did was help with the blender!

Yes, she has socks on her hands!  She ate her supper like this, brushed her teeth with them on and then went to bed like this.  She's an odd one that girl!  ;-)

November 7 ~ 3 years with Type 1

Our sweet, smart, remarkable little guy has just had his 3 year anniversary with Type 1 Diabetes. . . which means he has lived over half of his life with this disease!  To celebrate all he has endured and overcome we brought flowers to school give to his teacher and the school nurse as a thank you for all they have done this year to help keep him safe at school.  They both are truly amazing!  P.S.  Yes he is in his jammies.  It was PJ day at school!  ;-) 

Sweet new niece!

Our sweet new niece, Monroe is finally here!  Isn't she just perfect?!?!

All About Me

Little E is the Star Student this week.  He worked so hard on his poster.  The only thing I helped with was outlining a couple things and helping with some spelling.  He did awesome!
