8 Months Old

Our little Monkey is 8 months old! She is walking around furniture, climbs on EVERYTHING, is impossible to hold (or to get a good picture of!)  She LOVES her brother and sister and follows them everywhere, laughs at everything they do, and wants to get into everything that is theirs.  She still hasn't learned the word no, when it comes to getting into things she shouldn't . . . like my plants!  She still only has two teeth (on the bottom) but the top ones are close to popping through.  Her favorite activity next to eating, is bath time.  She could sit in the tub for hours and play!  

We LOVE you Baby A and can't wait to see what exciting things you learn and do this month!!!  :-)

Yup, he's ODD!

Well, I was thinking he was just working on his independence with all his crazy fashions lately, but after today and him wearing a bowl on his head for a good part of the day I am beginning to worry!  It's not so bad when he was wearing it in the house,  (like this picture taken at bedtime snack) but he also spend a good hour or so in the front yard with it on while he was pretending to be an orangutan!  I'm sure our neighbors think he is odd, and frankly. . . so do we!  ;-)

Independent

We have been working with Little E on becoming more independent!  He can do everything himself but would much rather have someone do it for him!  Tonight I came up to the school for a bit to get a couple things done and told the kids they could come with.  I told him to change his clothes before we left, since they were all wet from playing outside.  I didn't really pay much attention as he got into the car with his sweatshirt on.  The second we got into the school he whipped off his sweatshirt and this is what I found.  His tank top, tie, and swimming trunks!  Yup he has style that's for sure!  :-)

First Dentist Trip

Little E had his first visit to the dentist this week!  And NO cavities!  We were worried with all those night time snacks/juices to keep his blood sugars up but he said everything looked great!  Little E wasn't scared at all.  He sat right down in the chair and did everything they told him to do!  We were really proud of him!  

 Here is a picture of Little E with the Dentist.  We just love him!!!!!  You can tell he truly cares about you and not just your teeth!  We are very fortunate to have such a great dentist right in town!  :-)

Easter Weekend

LOVE weekends with the family!  But HATE it when my setting on my camera gets messed up and all my pictures are blurry and I have to delete the majority of them!  I had SO many cute ones that I had to delete, but here are some of the ones that were salvageable.  

Nana let Miss E make her own pumpkin and cherry pies from start to finish.  She only needed a little help with the mixing.    

Baby M even got in on some of the taste testing!  

    

Nana always has lots of art projects to keep everyone busy.  

Little brother found a pair of Papa's old reading glasses!  LOL!!!

That Easter bunny sure knows how to find us!  He made a stop at home (which I forgot to get pictures of), at Nana and Papa's, and at Grandma and Grandpa's!  

 Got a kick out this one!  Little E was walking all over G & G's house with this magnifying glass, looking for eggs!
