My New Pool!

Daddy bought me a new pool this week. I have had hours of fun in it already! Daddy can even hook it up to the sprinkler for added enjoyment. It also came with a basketball hoop (Daddy's favorite part!) and a slide, which is a little too big for me just yet. Today I even had one of my neighbor girls come over to swim with me. We had lots of fun pouring water out of the pool with our cups and getting our cracker crumbs all over in the water. :-)

Weekend at the Lake

Some of Mommy and Daddy's friends invited us to their lake cabin at Pelican Lake this weekend. I had lots of fun playing with their daughter Camry and riding on their boat and swimming!

Day EIGHT!

Daddy got us home last night at around 11:00. It was a day earlier then we had planned but I think we were all excited to sleep in our own beds. Everybody kept telling me how good I was doing on the long drive home. I didn't fuss at all and was such a good little girl! Here is one final picture from our trip. Grandpa and Grandma rode in the back and watched movies with me, we had lots of fun!!!

Day SEVEN!

WOW, today we got to see Niagara Falls! It was spectacular!!! Grandma, Auntie Christine, Daddy and Mommy even got to take a tour behind the falls. They had to wear rain coats since the water would spray them. Grandpa and I decided it was best to stay dry and to look at other attractions around the falls.

On the way back into the United States, we spotted this sign and thought we need to have our picture taken by it!

Day SIX!

Day six we spend traveling from Pennsylvania, through New York and then up by Toronto Canada. Daddy was a good driver on those crazy mountain roads!

Day FIVE!

Today was a day of relaxing and enjoying family! We went to a couple shops this afternoon and then went back to Keith and Tracy's for pizza. Then Grandpa went to work trimming shrubs for Keith and Tracy. While Grandpa was working hard, I tried to help by picking up branches. Daddy had lots of fun chasing the boys around the yard.

Day FOUR!

WOW, did we have an eventful day. We started out the morning going to a farmer's market that had a lot of Amish goods. It was really neat to see all the horse and buggies driving down the roads and out in the fields! Then we were off to go see the Penn's Cave, which was a really cool cave that we got to take a boat ride through to see. After the Penn's Cave we headed over to the Penn State College for some Ice Cream at the Berkey's Creamery. They had all different flavors of ice creams and the creamery is known all over the state for having the best ice cream. We all agreed that it was GREAT ice cream! After our ice cream break we headed for a walk around the campus. It was really beautiful and HUGE! Daddy and the boys even got a picture taken with Joe Paterno It was a great day!

Day THREE!

Another great day!!! We left Toledo this morning and made a quick stop at Lake Erie. The beach was not as nice as lake Michigan, but the water was really warm and we had the whole beach to ourselves! Then it was off to Pennsylvania to see Dorene, Keith, Tracy, Harrison, and Curtis. We arrived in Pennsylvania at around 5:00 tonight. Dorene made us a great supper and we had lots of fun visiting and playing with the boys. Here are some pictures from our great day:

Day TWO!

Wow, did we have an exciting day! We made it to Chicago at around 1:00. Daddy drove all the way through lots of traffic to make sure I got to see the Lincoln Zoo and Lake Michigan. I loved looking at all the animals and getting to play with the sand at the beach. We ended our day in Toledo, Ohio. Our drive got a little long today, but we saw lots of beautiful scenery!

Day ONE!

We had a great day for spending a whole eight hours in the car. We kept her very entertained with games, toys, and of course movies! Our first stop was at Great Auntie Millie and Uncle Jerry's in Stillwater Minnesota. We got to see Kevin and Sharon's beautiful house just across the street and then Millie feed us a yummy lunch. It was fun seeing all of Kevin and Kenny's kids, boy have they grown!!! Then it was back in the car to Madison, Wisconsin. We were surprised that Maribeth, Scott, and Jeff met us at the hotel. We ordered pizza and then went swimming with Jeff. It was a great day and we can't wait for what tomorrow brings!

Good Morning

She is feeling great had a wonderful night sleep (and so did we!). . . So we are off to Pennsylvania! I'll update with pictures from the trip as soon as I can!

Sick Baby

Yes, we were suppose to leave today for Pennsylvania but our little girl ended up getting a fever on Wednesday. We took her in to the walk-in yesterday morning (Thursday) after she had a 103.3 temp and the Dr. gave us some medicine and said Emery had an ear infection! Today her fever is still high but her spirits are up a bit. We HOPE to take off on Sunday instead, depending on how she does tonight and tomorrow!

This is the first time she has ever been really sick and boy is this not fun! We know we have been super lucky up until now and last night when she was up for the whole night crying and fussy and we couldn't help but think of those poor people who have "really" sick children. Our hearts go out to them, because we are both beat after only three days, couldn't imagine having to deal with it everyday!!!

But, it looks like she is on the road to recovery and will be buzzing around in no time. We are looking forward to our trip and we hope to update the blog along the way.

Mommy's Reunion

Mommy had a great time at her reunion. She got to see lots of friends that she hadn't seen in a while and really missed! She even got to take me with for awhile to show me off.

Fun at Nana and Papa's!

Boy did I have fun at Nana and Papa's! I loved going out to the pasture with Nana to look at and pet her pretty horses! Here are some pictures of my great week at Nana and Papa's:

Adyn is SO funny, he taught me how to dance and then fall to the ground. I couldn't get enough dancing and playing with Adyn!



Addi was good at giving me anything I wanted. She even would share her suckers with me. I love Addi!

Boy does Nana have some pretty flower beds. We helped her weed a couple of them. Here is a picture of Nana and Auntie Heidi working hard!

Nana and Papa have a big jacuzzi tub that is a little too big for me just yet, but I sure had a blast taking a bath in Nana's sink!

I had lots of fun riding Papa's four wheeler around the ranch looking at cows and horses!

Daddy and the boys had a great time catching HUGE fish out of Papa's lake. Daddy even cooked them up for supper one night! They were yummy!
