"Book" bag

I picked up Miss E's backpack the other day and it was super heavy.  Looked inside and this is what I found.  She has five books all with book marks started in them.  Not sure how she keeps them all straight but she does!  

Travel Ball

Now that regular season basketball is over the girls started their travel ball season.  They were the best dress girls in the gym and the cutest too!  The first tourney they played in they had to play a grade up as they didn't get any other third grade teams signed up.  They lost two and won one.  So not too bad of a start for their first travel ball tourney. They played hard and had fun, which is all that matters!

Can you tell Grandpa loves these girls too?!?!  :-)

Not a "HOT" dog!

Little Ruby does not like the cold weather we have been having!  Her favorite spot in the house is above the register!  

Miss E has been SO good with Ruby. . . she definitely loves her!

Champions

Miss E's team took first place in their FM league!  Proud of these girls who won all their games (but their very first game playing together. . . we told them that one didn't count as it was a practice game!)  LOL  They did great and learned so much this season!  

Love for the Game

This picture is blurry because it's a picture of a picture. . . but it's too cute not to share!  Em sure has some AMAZING friends that she loves to play basketball with!  

It has been so much fun watching Em's love for the game grow and grow, along with her confidence! Think she dribbles better with her left hand then I ever did!

New Puppy Bed

It was our week to serve coffee and cookies for Coffee Hour and boy did we have some great helpers!  

Rock tumbler

 E got a rock tumbler for Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa.  Here are the rocks after one week of tumbling.  You would have thought they were the most precious gems ever with how excited the kids were to see them!  We still have four more weeks to go until they are finished with all the different grits and polishes they need to go thru.  They are excited to check them out again next week!  :-)
