The Walk ~ 2014

We had a super-duper walk weekend!!!  As wonderful as it is, it is also such an overwhelming weekend; seeing all those donations coming in, all those thoughts and prayers for our two VERY BRAVE kids, being surrounded by ALL those children and people affected by this disease, thinking thoughts that we still can't believe this is our "new" life, and on and on.  Everything happens for a reason and with this disease there is one thing that is certain (as much as we wish our sweet kids didn't have it) we are closer and stronger because of it!!  . . . but that being said we are all of those things thanks to all of our friends, family, nurses, and doctors who love and support us through all our ups and downs.  Without you all, we wouldn't be where we are today!  THANK YOU!!!

We started it off with some fun at the water park.

 Then up early for the walk.  Made it just in time with bad roads.

Our little LOVE bugs!

All the kids had Valentine's Day Parties this week, so I snapped a few pictures before we left for the day.

I LOVE my job where I can stop in throughout the day and see what these two are up to!  I truly have the best of both worlds!!

Cross Stitch

Miss E has been bugging Grandma to learn how to sew.  Grandma came up with a cross stitch project that she could do herself.  As you can tell she is in heaven (Miss E & Grandma!!)  ;-)

Sleeping Beauty

Our little sleeping beauty has slept like this since the day she was born.  Every night when we go in to check on her, this is exactly how we find her.  Love!!!

Eye Appointments

Little E and Baby A had their first eye appointments the other day.  They both did a great job and sat so nicely.  Even when they had to have their eyes dilated. The best part was getting to go through the prize closet when they were done to pick out a treat for being such good patients!    

Story Teller

Miss E has taken over as the official story teller at our house!  

Gearing Up for Kindergarten

 Little E had his first night of Gearing Up for Kindergarten at the school.  He did GREAT!  The only problem was the next morning when he told everyone he saw that he wasn't in pre-school anymore!  ;-)  We broke it to him easy that he still had "several" more months before he really gets to go to Kindergarten.  But, he is enjoying Gearing Up while it lasts!

Winter Dance Show

Miss E had her Winter Dance Show the other day.  The girls did SO good!  She preformed two dances; see the videos below.
